Salt & Stone is born from the dual nature of Cyprus –  the fresh pines of the Troodos mountains and the salt air of the Mediterranean. Every drop reflects the island’s landscapes, distilled with precision in Platres. Most gins rely on a handful of botanicals. Salt & Stone goes further –  carefully balancing 30 hand-selected ingredients for a layered, aromatic complexity that stands apart.

We leave Salt & Stone unfiltered, allowing the natural essential oils of the botanicals to remain. The result is a richer aroma, a silkier texture, and a depth that standard gins filter away.
